There are plenty of advises given already to other users that may fit your needs. Have in consideration your operating system and then make a final judgment. If you still have doubts, you can always ask later on. But, first try and see if you can take anything useful out of the suggestions that have been already given to others in the section other anti-malware software.

If you have a KIS license then just keep it :D
If not, NIS is a good option too for a simple setup :)

    Moontan,
Have you used the keriver 1 click free version or just the pro? How is the pro working for you? Seems a little similar to comodo time machine or rollback Rx. Any perks?

    i got the pro version.

it's not like CTM or RX.
1-Click is an imaging app, CMT and RX are of the ISR type, if i'm not mistaken.

it has a boot sub-console that allows me to restore an image in 5 minutes instead of the 15 minutes or so it used to take.

it is perfect for my 3 year old system.
people with new machines might not see as much time saving as i do.

unlike mine, new computers can boot from USB and there's those new USB 3.0 drives to speeds thing up as well...

If snapshot software were compatible with defragmenting, i would switch to them without a blink :D
It offers almost as good restoring as imaging and takes like 1 second only :thumb:

You're welcome. If you're running either Windows Vista or Windows 7, I'd advise you to take a look at this specific thread as well.

Giving NIS 2011 a try along with Sandboxie. So far I am impressed with NIS 2011. I got tired of all the popups from HIPS and this is about as quiet as can be although it has identified a couple of false positives so far. We'll see after a couple of weeks.
