Removed Prevx 3 Paid, added Vipre Antivirus and Sandboxie paid
Now my config looks here:
OA Premium, Vipre Antivirus, Sandboxie.
Sandboxie is better than "RunSafer" - much more options

 

Added TrueCrypt, does that count?

 

With avira also around 45 seconds

Easy man, when installing legit software = Learn Mode, then run it a few times and VOILA!
If there happens to be any other pop up then it is set manually answering the Pop Ups with clicks

Yeah, he got his own laptop!! PEW PEW!!

Now desktop is mine, though he still complains sometimes (He uses the desktop for gaming) and since i got it locked down sometimes he can't install games or MD blocks it (Sometimes games updates or make other things that weren't done previously and since MD is locked they can't run).

In the beginning i DIDN'T had a pass for MD but he started to browse the web with MD in Learn Mode i told him NOT TO, but he didn't listen then i set a pass.
So every now and then he asks me to unlock it so he can use it
