As it is completely silent and do not slow down my system/internet, I do not mind using it. It is working perfectly. I like DefenseWall working and methodology. 100 % recommendation for everyone serious about security. Much easier to use than sandboxie and provide better protection.

My new desktop (Win 7 64 bit) only has MSE at the moment. I'm debating as to what else I will eventually use. I have NoScript on SeaMonkey/Firefox & Ghostery on Chrome/Iron. I also use adblocking & JS whitelisting. SAS seems a good bet though!

Add DefenseWall HIPS (better to add DefenseWall Personal Firewall) to your solution and enjoy safe browsing.

I don't think that it plays well with MSE. I have a router (Hub) firewall & Win 7's native firewall is supposed to be quite good. I am going to have to do a lot of research before I make any hasty decisions about software.

Get Mamutu and set your router on ClearCloud DNS... and you're covered from the most part... the rest is up to you... :thumb:

Hi everyone. Anyone using or have used NAV 2011 with Prevx (without SO) and Defensewall PF 3.07? Are any possible conflicts likely to occur?
    Thank you!

Well, for the time being I'm staying with my current set-up - Avira Premium, Prevx & Defensewall PF. Pretty light on my WIN 7 ultimate 32 bit with 2 GB of RAM only.

Giving Panda IS a go. It's working way better than last time I tried it. No slowdowns at all this time. The Phishing guard seems to block a lot of threats now too. Really impressed so far.

I'm not really sure, to be honest.

I just decided to give it a go as I just formatted my laptop. It used to cause hangs for me too but I'm having 0 issues with it right now.

being a behaviour-based (not a behaviour blocker) app, it relies on detection upon activity. so yeah, pretty much it warns you that the system is under attack or that the attacker has actually made it's way through... :thumbd: that's the con about behaviour analisys...

its not really behavior based... it simply polls system areas that it is monitoring, thats all it is, a monitoring program.

well yeah, maybe I misused the term, by behaviour I meant any type (good/bad) of activity changing the original snapshot. but still, it throws a pop-up once the change has taken place...... but wait... i forgot to mention i'm talking about the freebie... haven't had the chance to test the paid one
