All you have to do is have both softwares installed, do a scan, save the log and submit it to PrevX. They will make changes if something isnt right and notify you.

    Family laptop

    Real-time:

LUA, Applocker, DEP, SEHOP, Norton Internet Security 2011.

    On-demand:

    VirusTotal Uploader.
    Hitman Pro.
    Norton Power Eraser.

    Sandboxie (software installations only).
    Secunia PSI.
Windows Backup (testing Paragon Backup & Recovery 2010 Free Advanced).

    Browser:

Installed but not for security reasons:

    AdBlock Plus.
NoScript (only installed for my profile; allow top-level sites by default, forbid plug-ins for all sites).

    -

When I get my own computer, I'll likely go back to the last set-up. Current set-up minus NIS plus forced Sandboxie.

added Zemana for a little extra anti-logging protection.

beside, i paid for the damn thing anyway and it doesn't seem to use much CPU cycles at all. ;)

Make sure to check Shuriken heuristics. Throw some malware at it. Behold... :thumb:

Shuriken heuristics are checked though I have no idea what they are. Must be something good.

Using 26,000 k, not seeing much of a slow-down. Seems okay as the only scanner. I'm trying it real-time again because it is doing very well in the current MRG tests. And BillP once suggested it to me to go with WinPatrol.

Shuriken is a special scanning engine (more powerful) based on heuristics (of course haha), and not on signatures (as if it was unchecked)... :thumb:
