I'm very impressed with 7, and ESET ran just fine with it on my machine.

While under LUA/SRP with UAC:MAX on WINDOWS 7....

I can't create a shortcut that will automatically "Run As Admin" an application without entering my password.

The default UAC cannot remember my decisions. I'm sharing my computer with my cousins and one of their DAILY application requires to Run as Admin.

They have to wake me up so I could enter the password for elevation.
I've had a lot of good dreams disturbed :'(

dammit I love Windows 7's Firewall!

If you're thinking of Windows, and as we're speaking of security setups, then the Windows x64 version is a security program itself. The Patchguard-system has obvious advantages versus the x86 version.

What!? Disadvantages, you mean? HIPS does not function properly on x64. x32 is much easier to protect. Patchguard can be bypassed through a multitude of vectors. There is an active x64 rootkit that conceptually bypasses patchguard. However, because of patchguard, security vendors don't have proper access kernel.

depends entirely on the user. I would also prefer 64bit if my PC could handle the RAM requirements.

    Be careful with that one...
On the wrong setup it can bork big time
    Image partition or drive first...

Ditto. I had it working on XP pro 32 bit. It worked really well and I liked it alot. I also was very scared that something was going to go wrong. Scared me so much I had to uninstall it. Everything works well after uninstall. I might put it back on since I have CIS v5 working well. I have dragon running as well. I might even turn into a comodo fanboy! NAh. :argh:

Why can't you install it again? I'm thinking of installing it again since it didn't cause me any problems the first time I had it.
