Wells it your choice. It does require a bit of baby sitting but the protection level is top notch. You have to decide if you want to deal with its quirks and if it may be overkill for your setup. Seeing you paid for a year I would run with it for a few months at least.

If I were you based on what you've bought so far, I would go with Windows Defender, strengthened with Configure Defender, and OSArmour. A very strong and light configuration. Now seeing you bought Appguard you could try it as well, but in my opinion it would be overkill. Try it though, get your moneys worth.

SAS has been bought by Avira, which has been bought by Norton, so anything is possible these days.

Oh yah, I forgot you have many computers. Appguard and Defender should be a strong combo.

The very, very first version one of that program was wonderful, so simple and pure. Then Faronics started getting fancy and complicated, I searched elsewhere.

I hope that brings some life to the dead SAS forum, but I doubt it. Norton will probably do as they normally do, gut SAS and Avira for what they need, close the SAS forum and your questions will be answered on the Norton forum like they did with PC Tools. If that happens SAS Lifetime licenses will probably be no more and I hold 4 Lifetime Licenses. But we shall see. Good Luck!

SAS use a licensed part form avira. So they paid avira to use their engine. Where you found that the bought by them?
