I don't know about system files.

Below you can see mine W10FC free settings. I make it to disable all connections by default. If an app tries to go out then W10FC asks if to allow.

Are you sure you have free version (not Plus..)?
Because in my settings Zones are grey out.

Sure I have free! When I press "Register" I got the following popup:

Actually I got this popup regularly. Up to several times a day. So it doesn't let me forget it's free. :)

"Register" is in the tray popup. And yeah, you have Free and I have Basic. Hmmm though Basic is free. Are there any essential differences between them?

I got it! I downloaded "Basic" instead of "Free".

    I'm sorry for confusion.

    I'll try "Plus" then.

  15. Most important is that free does not monitor system core applications (in Windows folder).

Thank you. For me it's very attractive feature of "Network/Cloud", "Plus" and "Basic" variants of W10FC SphinxSoft. I have now "Plus". The real question is if "System/Core application protection" enabled in the non-registered W10FC. Maybe somebody knows?

    Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
    Standard User Account
User Account Control - max, with password

W10FC of SphinxSoftware Plus (unregistered) - I like as it asks if to allow outbound connections and protects system folders.

MalwareBytes AntiExploit with additional shields for some internet facing and routine apps - keeper in all my setups :).

Zemana Antimalware 2 beta resident, Pandora on - very light in any combinations :thumb:.

This setup seems to be light on my PC.

    Hey Windows_Security,

I've been reading up on SRP and saw the PGS forum thread, but the links to PGS are now dead. Can you upload a mirror version somewhere?

    Thanks!

    Update - Found it here:
