What is your security setup these days?

    Why would you use Zemana AL when you've got WSA-E Identity shield? And now you've even got BullGuard on top of that! Zemana AL becomes obsolete.

    Version 3.5, with Avira engine, is much better than version 5.0.
    I made a test with a folder in which there were 579 malware.
    Kingsoft v3.5 has left only 15 pieces, and Kingsoft v5.0 is left 73 pieces.

    I had that combo a while back and no problems either, but it was SBIE and ESET AV version 4

    I think it's the same, it uses only Avira database for local (or when you don't have internet) and Kingsoft cloud base.
    It's like having a Avira with cloud and full light :cool: .
    On idle it's about 8Mb RAM usage.

    Would you consider posting your assessment in the "other AV" section?
    I thought about doing the same, but have found NIS, Avast, Avira and F-Secure to be fine. However, I am now down to NIS and Avast Pro.

    I'm like you jmonge...I know KIS has very good protection and I like their features, but it's still a little heavy. :isay:
