ROFLMAO. You crack me up. Ha ha. :argh:
Totally man. I also love my small netbook. It runs fast and nice. The machine is not to be blamed. It's how we maintain it. Try to keep it clean and all is fine- that's what I believe. ;)

I have paid versions of both Superantispyware and TrojanHunter. Is there any reason to use these two together, or do they duplicate each other on many points of protection? Would it be smart to use them together regardless? My ativirus is ESET NOD32.

    Thanks for any recommendations.

I see no problem in using both....it's good to use more than one tool to see if one catches stuff the other did not.

Yes i have read it, but i am not going to loose sleep over it. If i would do that every time some one finds some weak point in security software then i would be one big paranoid crazy dude. :)

He sounds like one of those guys on A & E Intervention that spanks the monkey 6-7 hrs a day. Lots of hand sanitizer is all I gotta say.

As far as ROP in EMET being bypassed, that is just one part of EMET and he said in that link you first gotta bypass ASLR, but is he bypassing all the mitigations in EMET or just one or two of them? I think that is a beta of EMET. At any rate I use EMET but just as a layer.

    I have
    LUA
    Parental controls (similar to SRP)
    Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
    MSE
EMET maxed on all web facing apps
    Secunia PSI
IE with adblock or FF with Adblock and WOT add-ons
    CCLeaner

Once in a blue moon I scan with CCE or EEK and look over things.

I am thinking about getting Sandboxie Paid and applying it to all web facing apps and to delete the sandbox after each session.

I have LUA and SRP on an old XP Pro desktop and do on demand scans with CCE or EEK or Hitman Pro on it. I recently added Comodo Firewall with D+ to it for the heck of it, I very rarely use that computer though.

There will be one this August, 31'st... coincidentally.

And yeah dude, I hit up the thing with a Wet Wipe before I touched it. I have them in my car for fishing. They also serve this 2'nd function.

Great. How is CIS playing along with AG? Do they quarrel much?

Since I am running AppGuard in full locked down mode, as well as Comodo IS for the "Just in Case" moment, Do you think it's necessary to run Sandboxie? Anyone's opinion would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

So, you don't think that would be an "Overkill" approach? CIS & Appguard in Real-time, Sandboxie On-demand (Executing when internet facing apps are launched)?
