    Hi Folks, newbie here.

I’m Apple iOS through and through, so firewalls and antivirus aren’t needed really. I use Safari and DuckDuckGo, prevent cross site trackers and block most third-party cookies with some whitelisted sites. I also use ExpressVPN and Wipr.

    Seems to work ok.
    Cheers

NextDNS set as private DNS, it blocks about one third of requests.
Sophos Intercept X - used just for scanning apps, it is light, free with no ads.
NoRoot Firewall - apps allowed only via port 443 and mostly to their IP ranges/domains, like FB only to FB, it even blocks ADs in some apps. WiFi blocked at all times to prevent it from connecting to a malicious WiFi.

IP info Detective - to find out IP ranges and it also shows malicious IPs.
Droid Optimizer - to close background apps and to disable Bluetooth at night.
Browser Edge because of sync, Brave for YouTube only for a background playback.

It is very easy to add/manage OAuth2 accounts.
If there is some advertisement now and then (I don't know) I stop it with private DNS.
If any accounts change any access settings (it happened to me in one account without them notifying me) it is easy to manage the change.

Oukitel WP20 with Android 12 - trying to avoid Google services and using Microsoft services instead

NextDNS set as private DNS with nxenhancer template focused on blocking no-ip domains
NoRoot Firewall - apps allowed mostly only via port 443 and generally to their IP ranges/domains
Microsoft Authenticator as 2FA and Password Manager, it runs nonstop to get 2FA login attempts
Microsoft Launcher to sort out icons and Microsoft SwiftKey to replace gboard

Notifications/SMS sent to my Mi Smart Band 6 watch for an immediate review
No email client, I login to gmail if needed via Brave (Google/Youtube designated browser)
Microsoft Edge as the main browser because of bookmarks sync and password manager
Droid Optimizer to close background apps and to disable Bluetooth at night

Thank you, I have never realized, I can have a longer PIN, lol.

    • NEXT DNS (DOH)
Switched AdGuard DNS with Next DNS (Opera browser) after some testing with results in other thread.
The d3ward test is also greatly improved.
