I use CCleaner for sporadic cleaning, but never use the Registry Cleaner function. Unless one is familiar with every key being flagged, and whether deleting it will cause no future issues, they're best avoided.

CCleaner - run once per day or two using /AUTO switch with assigned hot-keys plus mechanisms implemented into web browser to maintain cookies/cache

Alright, I decided to switch thing's up a bit.

My O&O is still set for automated scheduled defragging, nothing changed for that.

I uninstalled Wise Registry Cleaner and File Eraser Free, as having those automated can present risk.

PrivaZer and CCleaner are now on the system, but only done manually, no automation.

Sometimes you might consider, if the benefits are worth the risk, like cleaning some "pointless" files and stressing HDD for an hour, probably decreasing its lifespan.
Most cleaners clean about 95-99% of what Privazer does, but they perform scanning and cleaning within seconds. Privazer takes it way too seriously. Just a thought.

No, not too much, it won't hurt a thing.

    I am on Windows 8.1

I like using O&O rather than the bundled software that came with my SSD, because I can manage all my drives (SSD & Mechanical) at once, rather just the SSD.

I guess everyones cleaning methods will be different than others. Some might clean more often, some may do it here and there.

I guess I do mine more often than others

For those asking about TRIM, it is nothing you should concern yourself with manually.
Let the disk controller handle and optimize its space usage.
