I hate to be the first one to break this one to you all but Faces of death is all faked. All of the human deaths are faked and everything else except for the animal killings. However the real one is called Traces of Death

I have never actually saw it (or faces for that matter) as they dont really hold no interest to me to do so. As i like a plot to the films i watch.

Also cheater Faces of Death was banned it is not no more, you can buy it on DVD at amazon.com (its cut to shreads in the UK though)

Killing Of America for real life scenes.

Killer Driller is the most violent film I've seen and was banned at one stage.

    Most Violent: Saving Private Ryan

    Most Grusome Scene:

    Paul Krendler: Who's agent Starling?
Hannibal Lecter: Paul, I told you, if you're going to be rude to our guests you'll have to sit at the kiddie table.

Anthony Hopkins serving Ray Liota ... Ray Liotta's sauted brains for dinner.

The most violent movie I have seen is probably Casino. Something about getting your head squished in a vise until your eye pops out seems rather violent.
    "Charlie M".

well, you guys ain't seen nothing so visually disturbing, so intensely violent as to cause so many people to walk out of theaters. The movie: Irréversible - go rent it. At least 90% of you will be sorry you've even seen it. It's that shocking.
