What is the best Video Downloader?

    Actually, I try to avoid extensions, I prefer a standalone tool. And so far, 4K Video Downloader works flawlessly.

    It wouldn't install with SBIE.

    I'm not in the habit of installing any of these tools/programs on my systems but I've always had great results with online converter downloaders such as http://convert2mp3.net/en/
