What is the best free Internet Speed Accelarator?

    The one I mentioned above works great with any connection and the wizard will
    do everything for you or you can set your own. Its very effective and safe. all acelogix stuff is safe.

    The attached image shows my netto speeds. The advertised speed is up to 6 or 7 % (due to overhead).
    When I check the speed or download something the speeds shown are correct.
    I wonder how to get more speed in my caseo_O?? Or do I miss something?
