What is Sector To Sector Move in Paragon Partition Manager??

Hello Sir, i want to resize my windows Partition using Paragon Partition manager, but before resizing their is an "Sector to Sector" Move Option in Resizing dialog, what's That mean?? should i Select it or not?? or what if i don't select it , should cause any Damage to Windows Partition Like Make Windows Unbootable or Currupt Boot Sectors etc? i am Trying to Moving space from an Primary Partition to The Windows Partition(C Drive). So Please Give me Some Advice...
