Just wondering, I noticed that in the trial version we have "automatic updates", but on the right side of the ewido status page it says

    "premium support" No
    "premium updates" No

I understand the "premium support" but what is the difference between "automatic updates" and "premium updates"? Maybe I am just dumb! :D

    Thanks,

Premium updates is the automatic update functionality.

The premium updates shows only "Yes" in the plus version, but you can use them in the trial version but only for 30 days.

So then "automatic updates" & "premium updates" are the same thing?

    Thanks,

Where do you find the term "automatic updates"?

Not really. Automatic updates show the functionality status.

Premium updates shows only if you have the rights as a paying customer for automatic updates.

In the trial version it is no since you don't have paid. But you can use it.

    I'm sorry I don't know how to explain this :( It's a marketing thing.

No problem, you should not even have to take your time on such a question, because it changes nothing, I am just curious. ;)

Thanks for taking your time with such a dumb question,
