Comodo FW is pretty powerful stuff. I remember when I used it, it performed quite well.

Comodo FW is great. Another great choice. It would be second on my list as top security apps.

    Another one for SBIE.

Hi Berryracer, if you start using SBIE, you wont need SAS "to get rid of the harmful/tracking cookies", guaranteed. Theres just not going to be any to be found when you do a scan.

I tried surfing without it once, and it felt very unsettling...I know what you mean.

If the remarkable Mr Tzur ever stopped doing what he does I'd likely unplug my machines and never turn them on again. In case that was too subtle SBIE is the one product I can't do without!

If I were to choose a second on my list...it would be NoVirusThanks EXE Radar Pro. I think that is a very useful and well made piece of software.

The one security program I can't do without is the knowledge I gained chiefly from this forum, wriitten inside my brain in some yet unknown language. It is supplemented by a firewall, an antivirus, an antispyware or two. No, I do not use Sandboxie. And I can't tolerate the oppressiveness of internet security suites. Whenever I am in trouble I fall back to this forum & it served me well.
