What is "NOD32view_2.06.2.exe" used for ?

    Hi All:

    Does anybody know what the NOD32 Update Viewer file is used for: "NOD32view_2.06.2.exe" o_O (Size= 225KB, 230,912 bytes)
    ggg.gif
    ( or is this a very old file that is no longer required ? )


    Any comments would be appreciated.

    Or is it a threat? o_O

    A search on the Eset site draws a blank!! :thumbd:

    There is nothing like it in my NOD32 directory. :thumbd:

    Put the file in the Recycle Bin, run NOD32, if NOD32 runs OK delete the suspect completely.

    Just my view of course.

    It is utility serving to the purpose of getting unauthorised access to the ESET's services. Users may eventually risk criminal prosecution.
