I found this strange file in Windows: <bwUnin-6.1.0.155-8876480L>..
When I clicked to open it, a popup read, "You do not have the authority to
delete this file"... I never saw a file do that before...

A Net surf seems to claim it's a bug.. but no one really says what it is...
The surf led me to this forum...

I ran Spybot, Norton AVS, AdAware, and CWShredder.. and they say this PC is clean...

What is that critter?.. What's the story behind it?.. Who built it?..
    What's their phone number?..

Bwunin is part of the Logitech Desktop Manager. Unfortunately Logitech uses BackWeb which is mostly considered a security hazard. Bwunin is the uninstaller. I'd get rid of it. I found it on a system recently following the installation of specific model of Logitech webcam. I removed the Logitech Desktop Manager through ADD/REMOVE Programs in the Control Panel.
