    this forum is biased!
    Miranda is now my main choice, offers a wide range of protcols and the ability to tweak and configure absolutely any settings.

    digsby is a new multi-protocol IM client. Looks promising.

    Indeed. Will keep an eye on it, altough I don't know if I'll ever need it, since I only have one account.

    I jumped into this poll a couple of pages back proudly exclaiming that I don't use any of these types of software. Since then I've had my 12 year old grandson come for his first holiday by himself, which was just fantastic but I wont digress, before he left to go home he took me shopping and made me buy a web cam and download Skype so we could keep close contact with each other. So there you go, from "antisocial hermit type" to social gadfly, ah how those grand kids can get to ya :D

    I do have to admit it's good fun. :thumb:

    I voted early in the poll but forgot to post. I don't use IM apps at all.

    I use QIP.... ICQ replacement, small, light and does what it says on the tin :)

    Not in the options, I use X-Fire.
