what does this mean?

    When I registered for this forum, the e-mail that was sent to me for confirmation number changes as I was looking at it. It changed to send me to a porn site. What does this mean?

    It probably means that you have some type of spyware already on your system if it can change an email even while you are looking at it. (Emails can't change themselves on their own - they are what they are - but something running on your system could change it.)

    You said over here that your system has some sort of hijacker on it...

    Did you follow the advice posted there? (Unfortunately, we no longer perform Hijack log reviews here as we don't have the staff available to do them, but many other forums do, and they are linked in the post you were referred to there.)

    By the way, what email client are you using for these types of emails? Outlook? Outlook Express? A third-party one? Browser for webmail?
