What does it take to get a refund from this company?!!

    All right I admit it I made a HUGE MISTAKE when a purchased this "program". I have tried all the "help" that acronis has sent me and nothing worked. I even tried installing this on a different system and it would not work. I finnally gave up, purchased norton ghost and now have a working backup of my data.

    Over a week ago i requsted a refund and have yet to hear back from them. Now I am getting very angry. Your product never worked, WILL NEVER work and I want my money back.

    If you are reading this Irina Shirokova, can you please see what it taking so long to even acknowldge my request. My "support" number is 406095.

    According to yourself in your earlier thread you chose not to follow support's directions here.

    I've reviewed the correspondence regarding your support requests #406095 and #404251 (actually, they were merged and now the number is 404251) and found out that our support engineer Aida Darzieva has sent you the instructions on how to avoid the problem that you encountered. Moreover, Aida asked you to contact her again in case the suggested workaround will not work. However, you did not answer. Thus I'm afraid that your refund request has not been processed yet.

    In case you still want to get a refund, please reply to Aida's last letter and she will certainly help you.

    If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.

    for ***** and giggles I did try their reg hacks that they sent me in an email....didn't work....having to do registery hacks to get a non beta program to "work" is stupid.
