    I use Acronis True Image as imaging software. Each Sunday morning I have scheduled a full back-up of my hard disk. Also each day I let ATI back-up my e-mails and my documents. Beside that I also use the built-in back-up program of BitDefender Total Security 2009 to also back-up my mails and documents.
