What about Phantom?

    Since its announcement at Defcon 2008, the Phantom Anonymity Protocol hasn't reached far stage of development, or...?

    Labeled by some as vaporware, proclaimed by others as the anonymity panacea, Phantom today is... where exactly?

    Can someone with higher level of knowledge explain what and when can we expect from this project?
