i sent a sample to mr. marcos,
    via rapidshare..... 3 times

    to samples@eset.com

    and upload via Nod32

still no updates from 8 days....

almost 15 updates have been released

    posted in in virustotal.com

    here is the log

    ~Log removed per policy. . - Ron~

a popular virus..... but still nod32 rejects to add it o its defination....

its been a common abservation... that nod32 virus submission and adding to signatures procedure is very slow....
may be u need to work on that...coz lots of my customers are now started turning towards Kaspersky....(( world wide))
    please reply..

    Request

Would Request NOD32 to please better the quality and efficiency of working with samples,
coz its been a problem every time i have submitted the sample of virus..
i have submitted almost as 25 samples...
and all samples have taken atleast 7-8 days to be added to signatures
i believe its a slow work compared to the status and reputation that NOD32 has built itself with....

I believe they will be much faster, if they use md5 based "genetic" detection. :D

    NOD32 LAGGING BACK

well i am not sure why nod32 has slowed so drastically in updating defination

    another variant
which i submitted to virustotal.com says that its detected by 24 Avs but not by nod32

doesn;t NOD32 monitor other AVS company Signatures... like which virus they catching and not catching and stuff...o_O?

    anyways...
    check the link
