Look in you start menu and find the Eset folder. Is it displaying the Eset icon correctly? If not try fixing first in the start menu. If one icon is not displaying correctly chances are they are all not displaying correctly.

Right click on the Eset icon and choose properties, change Icon to something else, hit apply. Afterwards do the same with the new icon. Find the new icon, right click on the new Eset icon, choose properties, and change it back to the correct Eset icon. That should fix it.

Windows 7 tend to forget icons. You can also try this icon rebuilt solution unless is the same one you attempted. There are many icon fixing solutions on the net.

Please restore the system tray icon via this ESET KB Article.

    Hi,

Please submit an Online Customer Care request, I do not understand what your screen captures represent. Perhaps ESET Customer Care can make more sense of them.

    Thanks.
