Weekly smart scan is very slow

    I'm running ESET 4.2.71.2 on about 40 clients.
    Weekly smart scan is configured to run on Monday noon. The problem that on many clients is taking 4-6 hours for scan to complete. Users' performance is affected.
    Any tips? I throught about running scan on low priority, but I don't see such option in ESET policy.

    Perhaps disabling archives / sfx archives would reduce the scan time. However, as long as you keep real-time protection enabled and default startup scan tasks scheduled, there's not much sense in running additional disk scans.
