    Thank you for answer my question PrevxHelp. Again it is not me seeing this message, but if you are interested I could ask the user having this problem to send his log file to you, if thats allright?

    You know, I think it is important with this new webroot tool, that the user can have confident in the given information, otherwise they don`t belive in it.
