Webroot Secure Anywhere is great

I've been away from testing Webroot CloudAntivirus (the new name), but now I'm back and I dislike some of what has been happening.

Obviously, I won't mentioning it here what it is , but... the bloated word does cross my mind.

To be honest, I don't know how on this Earth, Prevx/Webroot implemented such features. Your own decision or users feedback? If the latter, at some point you've got to politely say No.

There's also no way to keep up with older conversations, nor to enter my password to see older conversations either

 

I'm surprised to hear the word bloated ever associated with this, considering it is still 560KB... if you could PM me your email address, I'll take a look at your support conversations. The older messages won't be visible by you but I still have access to them and can get messages for you if you need.

 

Not bloated in that sense. Rather in the sense Why is it even there?. There's something in Webroot CloudAntivirus that I still can't understand why it's there. It doesn't fit in any security software, IMHO. Not just Webroot CloudAntivirus. I'm sad to see Webroot CloudAntivirus following that trend.
