Webroot reputation toolbar not working right

    My webroot toolbar in Chrome reads red on all sites and says it is unrecognised. Luckily I have old Bright Cloud installed which does work correctly although sometimes it doesn't disappear. Anyone come across this problem?:'(

    I know the team has been working on various improvements to the backend for it. Could you try uninstalling the toolbar and downloading the latest from the website?

    I tried that already. It still isn't working. The link goes directly to the one on Google Chrome Web Store. I also ran various scans of EMSISOFT, Spybot, SuperAntispyware and MalwareBytes scanning the google chrome directory in Program Files.
