What has this to do with what I posted
    I don't agree.
If WRSA support team, don't make an effort to reply, why should I.

I have posted questions in the past with their support team that should have been answered, they weren't.
So they either didn't bother reading it, or they couldn't be bothered replying, either way, NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I have other things to do.
    You see, I believe feedback is a two-way street...:D
The above was meant to be taken as with a pinch of sarcasm

Well, it was said over and over... beta team does what possible to answer and webroot policy is to use the internal beta feedback facility and NOT the forum (unless decided otherwise). Keep posting about it will not change the situation. On the contrary, will very much weaken your messagge on the bordeline of trolling.

IMO, probably better to externalise your frustrations within the beta feedaback page than here, at least it will be seen directly by webroot employees. :)

Btw, a new version was just released. You may want to see if whatever reported has been resolved.

I gave the new build a try with a half success as regards compatibility with AdMuncher. Now AdMuncher works with IE9 but not with Opera 11.50 so I had to again tick "Allow" for Opera in Protected Applications. Anyway it is a good sign Webroot/Prevx engineers are heading in the right direction but they should focus on Opera now :D

I hope you don't think I was impolite or rude?
If I hurt your feelings then please accept my apology, as this was not my intention.:doubt:

Not having any issues w/chrome now, the latest version. Been using Chrome since the xover from Prevx3 w/out any issues. Any specific ones you're having/or have posted to support?

Thank you for that info, yes, i was one of those who reported this Admuncher issue with certain browsers via support as requested. I might be tempted to install the latest version to try my luck again as it seems pegas has Admuncher working again with the latest beta version of Webroot 4.0. :)

Btw, i swear this still feels strange saying webroot! :D

Actually (& unfortunately) pegas & PatG is more responsive than the support inbox team so "better" to ask here and check with other users with the same issue. ;) :)

No offence but I can't help it ... you did encourage me to share my latest experience with the wilders fraternity by having announced the new build publicly. I wouldn't post here if you wouldn't too. If it should be the closed beta it should apply for everyone and for everything including announcing new builds. Doing this you only incite people to post their thoughts here on the forum.
    Just my two cents.

P.S. TH it is nothing personal towards you my friend ;)

Sorry if I misunderstood, but TH is not telling you to avoid posting here:

You are probably right, I may have overlooked "just" ;) BTW, of course I have written to the support inbox. Anyway I insist on the rest of my post :p

I or PrevxHelp will always post if there are new builds and nothing more like change logs but as a reminder this is still a Closed Beta but PrevxHelp is given some leeway on this subject about Admuncher but it is best if you keep in contact with the support inbox!

    Thanks,

    TH

For what it's worth, we still don't work alongside AdMuncher (we haven't fixed the issues yet). I'll take a look at it today to see if I can find anything - it is definitely best to keep this feedback coming into our support inbox so that we get accurate statistics.

    Thanks!

Anybody is having problems with Prevx 4 (safe online) and spyshelter or cis while using firefox or chrome in gmail?

I reported this like a bug, no answer yet but after many tries I haven't been able to identify the source of the problem, I know this is not the place but if somebody is experiencing any issue please send me a pm

    Hello all :)

How shall we be informed about the OFFICIAL release? Email?
I hope the beta tests for the new Webroot product will be ended before January 2012... the last month when my Prevx3 licence for 3 users is still valid...

    Cheers,
    Herve

    New update 7.9.0.1
Includes a new interface. A little better, still icons, images, are missing.

It would be nice for the betatester to see a changelog in order to know that to test. If webroot don't want to share it, I think that they don't deserve my time to retest it much more.
