When a user goes to a Webex session, it downloads and installs webexmgr.dll, which NOD32 then quarantines as "contains probably a variant of Win32/Genetik trojan". This only started happening recently.

I have excluded the file, but that is a temporary fix as I believe it is a false positive. Will this be fixed?

Why don't you send the sample to Eset so they can take a look at the file. If a false positive it will probably be fixed within a couple of days.
