Web Suring Pop-up Worm?

    I did a full scan with NOD32 (which found nothing; working with version 2405 of the virus list) and cleaned up my registry editor with anything that looked fishy being started up when I restart my computer, but it looks like there is some sort of pop-up worm activated in my computer..

    Doesnt matter what site I surf or when I do it, random ads for pop-up no matter what. I also have a spy blocker program installed as well.

    Any suggestions?
