    I dont know i was thinking about buying maybe web site dowen the line but is this really good deal or is it junk

    I would look around a bit Blaze. That doesn't sound like the best of all possible deals.
    Looks like that link MTM posted has some information worth reading.

    A lot (most) of home cable/dsl accounts do not permit hosting servers. You usually have to get a special account for that which of course will cost extra. Then it's a matter determining what is the most cost effective way to go - home account/web hosting service, special account/your own server.
