Russian media also needs some way to broadcast real news that is not controlled by State Media. If they could figure out a way to host an anonymous news platform and make it available to the masses, then that could really help! I think the biggest obstacle would be to make it available to the masses (in Russia), and stop the Russian Government from shutting it down. If it were an outside news agency then it would not need to be anonymous, the problem would be getting the news to the Russian people without the the Russian Government shutting it down.
