Watch VCD in Windows 98 problem

    Hello! Need help here.
    When I watch a VCD on Windows 98SE, after 5 to 10 minutes, the computer become hang a while and hang a while something like that. Then I solve it by moving the mouse, so, I think it is like screen saver or power saving, so, I disable all this, and the problem still remain. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
    But when I watch VCD on Windows 2000 or XP, no problem at all.
    What happen ya!!o_O??

    Anyone got this problem? Or it is bios setting or driver problem?
