Want to make new Avatars.. can you help?

    Hi,

    Was wondering if anyone can tell me what software if any, or tool I will need to create my own avatars.

    :) Hi FireDancer!

    What you need is a graphics processing viewer like Irfan View. Here's a link for d/l for all OS at Tucows. Irfan is freeware. A lot of people use it. I make avatars with it too.
