    At what point do websites need to be secured? Unless you are entering private information, it doesn't really matter. Other than when I am logging on, the other 99.999% of what I type into this site gets posted for the whole world to see anyway. If it's a site where I am only reading something, it just seems pointless. It seems like a way to pass the buck on "security". They aren't really doing anything here. Just demanding that others do. At what point does the overhead of encrypting the connection use up more bandwidth and processing power than it is worth?
