W8.1 free maybe?

    Meh didn't read the PDF, and skimmed the Neowin article.

    But it still is from 2013, and doesn't factor 8.1, and seems focused on Flash integration. I don't see it as being relevant. Maybe for haters to find hate, but that's about it.
