Wouldn't be surprised if performance hindering "bugfixes" for Win7 are already pouring in for some months.
Yeah, this is what I think they'll do too.... would not surprise me one bit.... Look at it from MS's point of view. 50% of the market still uses 7, and will continue using it for 4 more years till 2020, and perhaps beyond. You know MS doesn't want that, no matter what. That will kill 10 for sure.. So what do they do? Use the hidden rollup updates which have no documentation so we can't tell what's going on to degrade and hinder 7 performance and insert various bugs and issues quietly.... would not surprise me one bit, based on what they've done and been doing for the past year and a half....
