W32 SPYBOT WORM

Hi, I ran symantic virus scan and found that I have W32 spybot worm. I don't know if it is the worm or what, but I can't run any antivirus programs. When I try, the program closes. If I try to run hijackthis, explorer closes. If I try to run it from a command prompt, my sreen just flashes and nothing happens. I can't get to most antivirus sites, but if I do get to one, when I try to download the antivirus software, explorer closes. I even went to the store and bought Trend Micro PC-cillin, but when I try to install it, the program closes before it installs anything.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

As you noted in a post in your other thread yesterday....you had the Spybot worm then.

Having said that and given the fact...."Wilders Security Forums will no longer be providing one-on-one....system cleaning services."....We need to continue what Help can be had in your other thread Please.
