W32/Nyxem-D and Win32/VB.NEI - Please Help

Hi all, please could you help as this is frustrating the hell out of me.

First off, i am currently using:
-Nod32
-Protowall
-Adaware

I have a couple of hotmail accounts, and one yahoo account... on the 17/1/06 I started to receive emails from my main hotmail account to my yahoo account, with the Win32/VB.NEI virus (detected by Nod32) with the same subjects and attachments files as the sophos website describes:

i've checked the registry, ran Nod32, and a removal tool and still couldnt find this Win32/Nyxem-D worm?!

Could anyone help me? As i dont even know if this worm has sent other emails to my friends acounts etc.
