Mullvad gives you a user ID not connected to you in any way. No password used at all. Check them out.
I know, and they are one of my favorite. When I wrote "it won't be security risk..." Mullvad was somewhat in my mind (but they are not in the list), as some ppl wrongly take their system as insecure. I'll edit my post a bit.
