Sounds great, thank you for letting me know what you found! That makes sense. Actually, everything you said makes sense ;). But yeah, we will see how 2.0 does. Thanks again!

Any special configurations needed, for this to run with Sandboxie?

Do the both of them work good with one another?

Sandboxie and Voodooshield work very well together. One of my fav combos WSA sandboxie and voodooshield. Super light and very powerful.

Thanks kjdemuth, exactly what I wanted to hear :D :thumb:

So, any special configurations in Sandboxie, or does it just work?

No. Not that I've noticed at least. It works well without conflict. For me at least.

    @VoodooShield

I like the idea of training/allowing software that is already installed on the machine, but as for executables/installers from the Downloads folder, I would prefer having a prompt no matter what, even if I allowed previously.

Could you add this as a selectable option in VoodooShield?

Always prompt all executions made in Downloads folder

Yes an option that would include prompt from a specific folder would be great. Or maybe even looking down a folder. That's how I have it working in sandboxie at the moment.

After installing Vodooshield for the first time it ask for register.

Asks for e-mail and password. Is that the password to my e-mail account?
Because I am not going to give a company I don't know my e-mail password.

    THanks

    Bruce

No, when you're about to buy VoodooShield, it asks you to create an account. Once you create an account and buy, then you can login under the register option, so it can recognize that you bought a license to the software.

The account that you create, is only tied to the VoodooShield website and software.

OK cause the splash screen keeps telling me I am not protected during my trial then? So wut is the purpose of the trial if I am not protected?

Is your VoodooShield icon blue, with an ON indicator in the middle of it?

When you right click the VoodooShield icon, what mode does it show you're in (TRAINING, SMART (Default) or ALWAYS ON)?

It should block something in trial mode.

If you're having a hard time using the program, you can right click on the VoodooShield tray icon and then click "How it Works", from there it'll show you how the program is designed to work and how you should properly use it.

What country are you in? VS is supposed to give you a 14 day trial, but in some countries the trial does not work. I think we have this issue fixed in VS 2.0, but we will not know until people in other countries try it.

Please email me at dan@voodooshield.com and I will setup an account for you.

I am in the USA and the icon showed off till I selected smart instead of training mode . might have been because of my restore program too. Not sure yet.

    Hi VS

No problem...as TripleHelix rightly said...lets have it right and not quickly/not right.

We will await patiently for the release of the next masterpiece...well, at least TH & I will. ;)

    Regards, and respect.
