As the Vivaldi ecosystem grows this problem is only going to get worse. I believe it would be of benefit to Vivaldi, and even more so their users, to integrate their Vivaldi Tips system into perhaps some sort wiki - with a navigation system that works.

@JaneN, As the structure of Vivaldi Help is quite useful, could it be an idea to incorporate the tips from Vivaldi Tips into the structure of Vivaldi Help? Each Tip in its corresponding subsection in Help, like the pages that are currently already in Help.
That's an interesting idea. I don't know whether exactly what you propose is feasible, but it has definitely given me some food for thought.

Vivaldi 6.7.3329.17 Vivaldi boosts performance with Memory Saver and auto-detects feeds with its Feed Reader Vivaldi now reduces memory usage by automatically hibernating inactive tabs, auto-detects more feeds with its Feed Reader on websites like Reddit and GitHub, allows creating Workspaces out of tab selections with a right-click, includes a window split-view for apps on Mac, and more. I guess the Memory Saver is kinda cool, but isn't this stuff already present in Chromium anyway? Also, about the performance issues, finally a developer has responded and has said it's quite difficult to pinpoint the problem. Also, some other user reported that he believes the problem is fixed by updating his Intel GPU drivers. Can you perhaps bring certain bugs to the developers attention? VB-102765 has been fixed and I can't reproduce VB-102809 in most recent versions either. Re: VB-102766, as far as I can see, there's no gesture for stacking tabs by hosts at all (there's a separate FR for it though).
Thanks for the reply JaneN. And when you say that VB-102765 has been fixed, which version are you using? Because it has not been fixed in the latest version. I did read on the forum that it will be probably fixed on Sunday (12-5-2024). So are you using a snapshot version? About VB-102766, it's indeed correct that you guys forgot to add a mouse gesture for stacking tabs by host, so I considered this a bug. It should be added. And about VB-102809, this has sadly enough not been fixed. Just navigate to ad.nl (Dutch newspaper) and select text that's on top of a pic, and you will see that Vivaldi shows you the wrong context menu. You will now have to navigate to Image ---> Selected Text. While the ''Search for Google'' command should be visible in the main context menu, it should not be nested in other submenu's. This bug has been present for over a year!
Actually, VB-102809 is worse than I thought, because this bug even pops up when you select text that isn't on top of an image. So Vivaldi wrongly identifies whether something is an image or text. Just look at what happens on these pages when you select text. Select Civil War (2024) on top of the first link and it will show you the wrong context menu. And in the second link, select: On April 11, 2024, BlackBerry released a new blog detailing a new VirusTotal upload of the LightSpy mobile spyware framework. https://www.justwatch.com/us/movie/civil-war-2024 https://www.huntress.com/blog/lightspy-malware-variant-targeting-macos

@JaneN Any idea why this happens with Vivaldi on Eleven Forums thread about Classic Shell? https://www.elevenforum.com/t/class...nd-or-without-explorerpatcher-installed.8369/ Others on that forum see it too but you have to bypass the warning to read the thread. https://www.elevenforum.com/t/class...without-explorerpatcher-installed.8369/page-6
I really wonder what's taking them so long to release 6.8, because of several serious bugs I'm still on 6.1!
