A short while back I ran a Scan with SAS and it found COMCA.dll and SAS Quarantined it. I tried to find out what it was but never was able to. COMCA.dll is gone because I downloaded a new build of SAS and it was lost in the shuffle. Now my question is how (if it was still in Quarantine)would I be able to get it to Virus Total for a scan? I have never tried to use VT before.

What you want is navigate through SAS preferences (i can't right now), and find out what SAS does with malware found. Automatically deleted, prompt, quarantine?
Quarantine is always safer than delete, and you should be able to yank a copy and upload to VT. VT needs javascript i think (in case you use NoScript or something similar), but other than that it's very simple to use. You just choose the button browse, find the file you want, and upload. It's self explanatory.

I could browse but I couldn't find Quarantine. I was looking in the SAS program folder.

Try Documents and Settings, in Application Data. Depending on the installation, under your user name or the other .. forgot :D

I have to go now, but someone will continue this no doubt.

Thank you Pedro. I found the Quarantine folder. It was empty of course.

VirusTotal has a convenient Send To app that uploads and then opens a web page with the results.
