Virus signature update regularly hanging

    Since updating to 5.2.9.1 I'm having trouble with signature updates in that they regularly don't complete.

    The update sits at 0% and clicking Cancel has no effect.

    It's also raised an issue with the support ticket. I checked 'review data' and I have no idea whether a ticket was submitted because it didn't allow me to review the data.

    Any thoughts?

    We'd need to get a pcap log created by Wireshark from an attempt to update ESS. When done, compress it, upload it to a safe location and PM me the download link.

    I did the troubleshooting but as it's not everytime I'll have to wait and see but thanks for the replies :)
