Virus Signature database update failed

    Hi there, I am using the trial version of the NOD32 3.0 and when i try and update i get the error "Virus Signature database update failed" with username/password fields. (SEE SCREENSHOT)

    Now i have sent this to ESET and they sent me a link to download the trial version again, dunno why but i did all that and still error.

    Any help would rock.

    Could you please let me know when and from what site did you download the trial version? The one in your screenshot is old and was replaced on our servers a couple of months ago.
