I am also interested in Virus Chaser. In eBAY, when you type the search word AntiVirus, 90%+ results are of Symantec Norton related. Virus Chaser and other antivirus are minority within the population :doubt: .

How would you compare Virus Chaser and Symantec Norton ?

Which one is a better buy in terms of their AV capabilities ?

Do we miss some really good antivirus in eBAY ?

    Hi peterAV

There is a recent discussion about virus chaser in the following thread started by n8chavez

Detection rates (of Virus Chaser) should be similer to Dr. Web, so you may check out http://www.av-comparatives.org/

As above check out http://www.av-comparatives.org/ for for on demand detection and retrospective test results.

Feature wise please trial them both or wait for a another member to give their feature comparison.

Maybe, unless you can get Nod32, Kaspersky et al on ebay.

At the end of the day please trial them both, and go for the one you suits you (and your PC) the best taking everything like price into consideration.

That depends on what you consider a really good antivirus.
If that includes McAfee,PC-Cillin,or Norton...yes there are some good deals on eBay.
Kaspersky,Dr.Web,Nod are seldom listed on eBay.
