Virus attack help

    hi all:)

    im a new member in this forum i hav a problem:oops: in my pc im using windows xp i cant open c: drive becoz coming some errors and i cant view my hidden files (folder option also coming but i cant select show files) please give me a solution in this problem

    I m using Kaspersky Virus Scan Latest But it not clean that

    Can u run a scan with Malwarebytes antimalware free and Superantispyware free?

    What options u get if u right click ur C drive? CAn u open it via right click> Explore?
